When I ask for help , the praza employee as me if the old man was a family member. When I said no, the lady told me not to potty people that abuse alcohol.. I went to the office in Lieber to lodge a complaint and was told not to worry they will take it from there. An hour and a half later, after I ran my errands, I went back to where I left the the man. Believe it or not, the old man was never tend to and was sitting on the pavement hungry and tired.. PRAZA staff are pathetic!!!!!!
